  • A. Yes, within 30 days of purchase according to our Shipping & Returns Policies.
  • Q. How will I receive my package?
  • A. All products are shipped in plain packaging. Please see our Packaging Types page for more details.

  • Q. Do we have a catalog?
  • A. Our catalog is our website. All items and pricing can be obtained once you register and are approved.
  • Q. What should I retail these items at?
  • A. Retail is at least 100% or more.
  • Q. How do you accept payment?
  • A. We take VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Q. Do you offer credit?
  • A. Yes, once a customer has been doing business with us for 6 months and has completed a credit application that has been approved.
  • Q. How do I track my order?
  • A. There are two ways to track your order:
    1. Use the "edit my account" link at the top right of the website. On your account screen, you'll see a list of your orders and a status link for each one. Just click the appropriate status link.
    2. You receive at least two emails for every order. First a confirmation of order and then a shipping notification. Every shipping notification email will have a status tracking link in the email. You can use the link in the email, or you may need to copy and paste the link into your browser. The tracking link in the email is active for as long as the shipping service archives the information.
    3. Please be aware that orders shipped via "USPS to Canada" do not come with tracking information and may take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery from the date we ship due to delays during customs inspections.
  • Q. Can I use the images on SexToyDistributing.com on my own retail website?
  • A. Yes, you are authorized to use the images and also the descriptions featured on SexToyDistributing.com to help promote the products you purchase from us for resell on your own website. Please do not link directly to our website image URL's, it is better to host the images on your own server. As we do maintenance on our site, our images may be changed or deleted. If you linked directly to them, they would appear broken on your site.
  • Q. How do I quickly reorder items from a previous order?
  • A. To use, login to your account, click on the Order History page. Select any order and click on the Invoice link to go into the order details. Then at the bottom of the order, click on the Reorder button.
    Please note, this button will only be available if all of the items are available for reorder. If an item is discontinued or out of stock, the order button will be hidden.
