Requirements:

  1. Must provide proof of retail business.
  2. Must have a resell permit, business license and tax ID (for US businesses).

Pictures and Descriptions: You are authorized to use the images and descriptions featured on SexToyDistributing.com to help promote the products you purchase from us*. Please do not link directly to our website image URL's, it is better to host the images on your own server. As we do maintenance on our site, our images may be changed or deleted, if you linked directly to them, they would appear broken on your site.

*Please be advised that it is illegal to use images and text descriptions from any website without consent from the image copyright owner, as that is copyright infringement. The images on SextoyDistributing.com are provided with permission for you to use for the purposes of marketing the products you purchase for resell from us.

Return Policy: We will accept unused product with prior return authorization approval number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting Sex Toy Distributing first. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product, the restocking fee is waived and we will gladly replace the item. Merchandise is eligible for return under these policies within 30 days of purchase.

Dropshipped Returns: Drop Shipped items may only be returned if the product is defective upon arrival. Defective merchandise is replaced with the same item only. We will not accept returns for drop ship items that are not defective. Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Local Wholesale Pickup: If you are local to Huntington Beach and your wholesale order total exceeds $1000.00 you may be eligible to pickup your order at our facility. For more information contact info@sextoydistributing.com.

Backorders: Beginning on September 20, 2010, we implemented a new order processing system which allows your backorders to ship free of charge if any occur.

  • A. Our catalog is our website. All items and pricing can be obtained once you register and are approved.
  • Q. What should I retail these items at?
  • A. Retail is at least 100% or more.
  • Q. How do you accept payment?
  • A. We take VISA, MasterCard and American Express
  • Q. Do you offer credit?
  • A. Yes, once a customer has been doing business with us for 6 months and has completed a credit application that has been approved.
  • Q. How do I track my order?
  • A. There are two ways to track your order:
    1. Use the "edit my account" link at the top right of the website. On your account screen, you'll see a list of your orders and a status link for each one. Just click the appropriate status link.
    2. You receive at least two emails for every order. First a confirmation of order and then a shipping notification. Every shipping notification email will have a status tracking link in the email. You can use the link in the email, or you may need to copy and paste the link into your browser. The tracking link in the email is active for as long as the shipping service archives the information.
    3. Please be aware that orders shipped via "USPS to Canada" do not come with tracking information and may take approximately 2-3 weeks delivery from the date we ship due to delays during customs inspections.

Shipping Rates:

We use either UPS or USPS to ship your order. Orders over 2lbs ship UPS and orders under ship USPS. Your shipping charges are based on the value of your order so you always know what your shipping expenses are. We do not charge a drop ship fee. See below for our current shipping rates:

We use UPS for international Shipping. Our rates are pulled directly from UPS's system in real time less 40% Off for our customers.

Customs and Brokerage Fees:
Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees or tarriffs for international shipments. Such fees are variable and you should contact your country's customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment. Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.

  2. Then, put your customers address in the ship to field.
  3. Choose the "Dropping Shipping" option for order type question.
  4. We will ship your order discreetly, in a brown box and a shipping label.
  5. Inside the box will be a packing list of the items they have ordered.
  6. The packing list inside the box only shows the shipping information you fill out as you place the order.
  7. You will also see a list of the contents and the weight. To see an example of the packing list click here. We do not put our company information or pricing on the packing list.
